Dr. Vladimir Goldman is a leading orthopedic surgeon in Israel. He heads the Limb Lengthening and Deformity Correction Department. Dr. Goldman is the only doctor in the country using the latest Stride magnetic nail technology. This method allows limb lengthening of up to 8 cm and lowers the risk of complications and infections.

He specializes in limb lengthening and deformity correction for children and adults. Dr. Goldman uses advanced internal and external fixation methods, including the Ilizarov technique. Dr. Tomasz Kowalski is an experienced specialist in orthopedics and traumatology. He is the Deputy Head of Department at Carolina Medical Center. He focuses on sports orthopedics, regenerative medicine, arthroscopy, and surgery of the shoulder and elbow joints.

Dr. Krzesimir Sieczych is a specialist in orthopedics and musculoskeletal trauma. He focuses on treating overload injuries. He graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw. Since 2007, he has worked at the Carolina Medical Center.

Dr. Josef Grohs is an experienced orthopedist who specializes in spine surgery. He has over 30 years of clinical practice. He received his medical degree from the University of Vienna in 1986. He also completed advanced training in clinical examination, manual medicine, and clinical monitoring. Dr. Grohs holds a habilitation in orthopedics and has been a certified orthopedic surgeon since 1998.

He is the Chair of AO-Spine Austria and serves on the Advisory Board of the Austrian Spine Society. He was President of the society from 2009 to 2011.
