A traumatologist and orthopedic surgeon based in Madrid with nearly 30 years of experience. Throughout his extensive career, he has specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of knee joint pathologies, shoulder joint conditions, sports injuries, ankle disorders, knee joint prosthetics, robotic surgery, and knee trauma.

Dr. Luger Elchanan is an experienced orthopedics specialist. He is the Head of Orthopedic Surgery at Herzliya Medical Center and also works at Sourasky Medical Center. Dr. Elchanan speaks English and Hebrew.

He is MD from The Hebrew University Jerusalem, Hadassah Medical School and holds a Masters Degree in Health Administration from The Ben-Gurion University in the Negev, School of Management, Department of Health Systems Management. He is certified by the Israeli Orthopedic and general surgery board, certified in aviation medicine, and has attended AO Advanced Course: Advances in fracture treatment, Leeds and Advanced Trauma Life Support Instructor course. Dr. Burcin Kececi is a specialist in orthopedics and traumatology. He focuses on pediatric orthopedics, bone metastases, bone and soft tissue tumors, and orthopedic oncology. He performs advanced surgeries on the knee, hip, ankle, elbow, hand, and shoulder. His skills also include prosthesis replacements, limb lengthening, tendon transfers, and trauma surgery.

He received additional training in France in knee, hip, and sports injuries. He also trained in minimally invasive hip surgery. Dr. Kececi has worked at Ege University and İzmir Private Hospital.
