Dr. Ismail Oral Hastaoglu graduated from Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in 1998. He completed his specialization at Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Center in 2005. He is a member of several professional organizations, including EACTS, ESVS, UVCD, the Phlebology Association, and TKDCD.

Dr. Hastaoglu specializes in coronary bypass surgery, heart valve surgery, congenital heart diseases, heart tumors, and aneurysm treatments. Dr. Meki Bilici is a pediatric cardiologist with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in interventional cardiology and treats complex congenital heart diseases in children. He is known for his skills in minimally invasive transcatheter procedures. Dr. Bilici is also experienced in fetal and pediatric echocardiography and advanced angiographic diagnostics. He performs interventions in both neonates and infants.

Dr. Bilici has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles in international journals. He has also contributed chapters to medical books at both national and international levels. His work supports the education of pediatric cardiology. He has taken part in multicenter clinical studies, including research on the Occlutech® Duct Occluder for PDA closure. Dr. Tunc Ozdemir is a leading urologist in Istanbul. He specializes in uro-oncology, focusing on prostate cancer and kidney tumor treatment. He is a pioneer in robotic surgery. Dr. Ozdemir helped establish Turkey’s first robotic urologic surgery program. He also performed the country’s first robotic sacrocolpopexy operations.

He is Professor and Head of Urology at Istanbul Florence Nightingale Hospital and Bilim University. Dr. Ozdemir has received several international awards. He graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. As a urology specialist providing medical services, Prof. Dr. Hasan Biri graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. He started his residency in urology at Gazi University Hospital in 1987 and completed his specialization in 1992, becoming a urology specialist. Dr. Biri completed his compulsory service between 1993-1995. In 1995, he was appointed as an assistant professor at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Thanks to the professor and his team, the department has been modernised by introducing modern surgical methods of treatment and especially improved methods of post-operative recovery. The Department of Surgery at the Solingen Clinic is now further expanding its focus on minimally invasive surgery in the direction of robotics. The clinic has allocated a huge budget for the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment in order to offer patients a full range of surgical methods for the treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the oesophagus, lungs, stomach, liver, pancreas and intestines according to current guidelines and using the most modern technical equipment.

Professor Schenker is an active researcher and lecturer. He lectures at medical universities and organises seminars and workshops for colleagues. He cooperates closely with the Cancer Centre, the Pancreatic Cancer Treatment Centre, the Intestinal Cancer Treatment Centre and the Interregional Trauma Centre.

Under his leadership, the hospital is actively expanding its services, including paediatric cardiology and intensive care, and is planning to establish an interdisciplinary center for parents and children on the basis of the Department of Paediatrics.
