Dr. Irina Stepfansky is an oncologist and internal medicine specialist at Sourasky Medical Center. She has more than 25 years of clinical experience. Since 2015, she has directed the Oncology Hospitalization department. Dr. Stepfansky earned her medical degree from Grodno University in Belarus. Prof. Jack Baniel is a Professor of Urology and Chief of Urology section at Rabin Medical Center, Petach Tikva, Israel. He specializes in the reconstruction of the bladder, robotic prostatectomy, cancer surgeries with preservation of the nerve endings. He has published over 100 scientific articles and is actively involved in research in the field of uro-oncology. He is a graduate of Tel Aviv University and is a member of various professional organizations, including the Israeli Medical Association, the Israeli Association of Urology, the European Association of Urology, the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC), and the American Association of Urology.

Dr. Georg Schatzl is a urologist and andrologist. He specializes in men’s health, including erectile dysfunction, infertility, prostate diseases, and urinary tract disorders. He has performed thousands of procedures. Dr. Schatzl is known for his skill in both clinical and surgical urology.

He is an Extraordinary University Professor and a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). Dr. Schatzl has published nearly 100 articles in international journals. His work has an impact factor of over 521 and a high h-index. He has given more than 500 presentations at national and international conferences. He also reviews articles for leading urology journals.

Dr. Schatzl has received awards such as the Mauermayerpreis (2003) and the Pfizer Prostate Award (1998). He leads the Prostate Work Group of the Austrian Board of Urology. He also has experience in quality assurance and medical management.

Assist. Op.Dr.Oğuzhan Parlakkılıç graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 2001.

He started his specialization in the urology clinic of Taksim Training and Research Hospital in 2002. Having completed his specialization training in 2007, Dr. Oğuzhan Parlakkılıç attended many national and international meetings. He has studies in andrology, endourology and urooncology.

Between 2007 and 2009, he completed his duty of public service obligation at Sivelek State Hospital.

Dr. Ben Cchaim Jacob is a urologist with over 30 years of clinical experience. He specializes in pediatric urology and reconstructive surgery. He is skilled in procedures such as nephrectomy, transurethral resection of the bladder, and varicocele embolization.

Dr. Jacob has contributed to the field of pediatric urology. In 2008, he received the Israeli Urological Association prize for the best pediatric urology study on laparoscopic pyeloplasty in children. He has published research in top journals and regularly attends international conferences.

Dr. Ramazan Gökhan Atış, born in Istanbul in 1978, graduated from Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School in 1996. He completed his medical education at Çapa Faculty of Medicine in 2002. Between 2002 and 2008, he received his specialization training at the Istanbul Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital Department of Urology, and obtained the title of Urology Specialist in February 2008. After working at Edremit Military Hospital between 2008 and 2009, he started working as a Urology specialist at Istanbul Göztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2009. In 2011, he underwent a 3-month Laparoscopy-Robotic Urology training at Heidelberg University Heillbronn Clinic. In 2017, he was elected as a board member of the Endourology Society and has been serving in this position since then. In January 2021, he was appointed as a Professor at the Istanbul Medeniyet University Department of Urology.After that started working at Şişli Memorial Hospital in 2022.
