Dr. Mustafa Kapadia is a board-certified ENT specialist with over 12 years of experience, specialising in Ear and Sinus diseases and Skull Base Surgery. He is an expert in Endoscopic Ear Surgery, performing many procedures entirely through the ear canal using an endoscope, avoiding visible external incisions. Dr. Kapadia’s clinical interests also include Pediatric ENT, Nose and Sinus disease, Voice disorders, and Skull Base Surgery. Dr. Kapadia graduated with honours from Rural Medical College, Loni, and completed his ENT residency in Mumbai, India. He further trained with a fellowship in Endoscopic Ear and Lateral Skull Base Surgery at the University of Verona, Italy. EDUCATION

Prof. Claudio Vicini earned his medical degree from the University of Pisa, Italy, in 1978 as Student at   Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari – Collegio S.Anna. He went on to obtain three residencies and specializations, all with honors, solidifying his expertise in Otorhinolaryngology and related fields:

• Otolaryngology (1981, University of Pisa): His thesis focused on acute supraglottic laryngitis.
• Neurology (1985, University of Ferrara): He explored vestibular rehabilitation in his thesis.
• Audiology (1989, University of Florence): He conducted an experimental study on the neuropharmacological effects of diazepam on vestibular reflexes.

• Prof. Vicini enhanced his expertise through training and research at Stanford University, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Toronto. He engaged in advanced surgical dissection training and cutting-edge methodologies at renowned centers in Europe and the United States, such as the Anatomy Institute of the LHB in Brussels and the University of Pennsylvania (PENN).

Dr. Carlos Manuel Pollán Guisasola is a consultant ENT surgeon at Centro Médico Teknon and Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol in Barcelona. He specializes in endoscopic skull base surgery, head and neck oncology, and robotic surgery using the Da Vinci system. He earned his medical degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela. He completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology through the MIR program at Vall d’Hebron University Hospital.

Dr. Pollán received advanced clinical training at the University of Pittsburgh and the University Hospital of Pisa. He leads the robotic head and neck surgery program at his hospitals. He is a faculty member at the ENT Teaching Unit of Germans Trias i Pujol. Dr. Pollán has published many peer-reviewed articles and frequently lectures at national and international conferences.

Dr. Özlem Çolak is a Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She earned her medical degree from Kocaeli University. She completed her specialization at Ankara Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Çolak has held academic roles at the University of Health Sciences and Demiroğlu Bilim University. She became an Associate Professor in 2019 and a full Professor in 2024.

Dr. Park Sangwook is a board-certified plastic surgeon. He is the Director of VG Plastic Surgery Clinic. He completed his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital, Catholic University of Korea.
