Dr. Ermal Dida is an experienced ophthalmic surgeon. He specializes in refractive vision correction and oculoplastic surgery. He is the founder and lead surgeon at Dida Roka Eye Clinic in Prishtina. Dr. Dida is known for his skill in laser vision correction and advanced eyelid procedures, such as entropion repair and ptosis correction.
He also works as an ophthalmic surgeon at the Italian Eye Hospital. There, he focuses on refractive and oculoplastic services. Italian Eye Hospital is a private single-specialty medical center located in Pristina, Kosovo. The clinic focuses exclusively on ophthalmology.
Italian Eye Hospital was the first in Kosovo to introduce the TransPRK (SmartSurface) laser method — a 100% touch-free, flapless, and blade-free refractive procedure. This technique has become the clinic’s signature treatment, with over 4,000 successful cases performed.
The clinic is also among the few in the region offering intravitreal injections with modern anti-VEGF medications, including Beovu (Brolucizumab), for treating age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
