This procedure, Dorsal Nerve Neurectomy, is a specialized minimally invasive surgical treatment designed to help manage premature ejaculation by selectively reducing penile sensitivity.
The technique involves partial neurectomy of the dorsal nerve, carefully preserving essential sensation while decreasing hypersensitivity that may contribute to early ejaculation.
