Earn your Reiki I & II certifications while immersing yourself in a rejuvenating and holistic environment. Program Details:
This retreat is about deepening your yoga practice, gaining comprehensive Reiki certifications, achieving holistic well-being, and all within a wonderfully supportive environment.
Friday 2:00 - 3:00 pm: Check-in 4:00 - 5:00 pm: Energy demonstration & Reiki Introduction 5:00 - 6:30 pm: Catered dinner by a local farm-to-table chef 6:30 - 7:00 pm: Relaxation and unpacking time 7:00 - 8:00 pm: Fire meditation session with snacks 8:00 - 10:00 pm: Movie screening and/or games
Saturday 7:30 - 8:00 am: Ayurveda teas and netti pot tutorial 8:00 - 9:00 am: Reiki breathing practices and gentle yoga 9:00 - 10:00 am: Breakfast in the main dining room 10:00 - 11:00 am: Journaling, hike, or infrared sauna detox 11:00 - 12:00 pm: Reiki Wisdom Teachings and practical sessions 12:00 - 1:30 pm: Lunch at Stone Bank Organic Market (included) 1:30 - 3:30 pm: Continued Reiki Wisdom Teachings 3:30 - 7:00 pm: Free time to explore Lake Country Area - Dinner on your own 7:00 - 8:00 pm: Fire Meditation followed by Puja Ceremony
