Program Details:
Participants will experience the cognitive somatic fusion of mind and body practices, gain insights into their family strategies, and learn techniques for letting go and self-love. The retreat offers a supportive community for personal growth and provides ongoing integration support post-retreat. Retreat journeys:

Each day will begin with a meditation followed by a yoga session. After breakfast, there will be lectures on transpersonal psychology and embodied somatic training. Lunch will be served at 1:30 pm, followed by therapeutic sessions in the afternoon. The day will conclude with somatic training exercises before dinner at 8:00 pm. In addition to the scheduled program, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy optional add-ons such as holistic therapies and one-on-one consultations with the facilitators.
Retreat Instructors:
The retreat will be hosted by Carolina Wilkins, a wellness practitioner with expertise in Kundalini, Hatha Yoga, and Transpersonal Psychology. Catalina Rojas, a renowned facilitator, will lead workshops on Holotropic Breathwork.
Accommodation & Food:
The retreat will take place in a hidden sanctuary in the mountains behind Marbella. Participants will have the option of single occupancy, double occupancy, or triple occupancy rooms. The food will be 100% organic plant-based whole foods, with optional add-ons for customization.
