Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Kılıç graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2007. He completed his Brain and Nerve Surgery specialization training in Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital, Neurosurgery Clinic in 2013.

He worked as a Specialist at Malatya State Hospital between 2013-2015 and as Assistant Professor at Harran University between 2015-2016.
