Prof. Dr. Mert Yilmaz is a board-certified cardiovascular surgeon with more than 30 years of experience. He specializes in both adult and pediatric cardiac surgery. He graduated from Istanbul University in 1988. He completed his residency at Uludag University and received further training at the Royal South Hants Hospital in the UK.

Dr. Yilmaz was among the first in Turkey to perform endovascular repair of abdominal aneurysms. He completed the country’s second case. He has led cardiovascular surgery departments at leading hospitals. He now heads the department at Kadıköy Florence Nightingale Hospital. He is also a full professor at Halic University and an international member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (USA).

Dr. Yilmaz has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles, including 7 first-in-literature reports. He holds accreditations from the European Association of Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Dr. Ozgur Kilickesmez is an interventional neuroradiology and interventional radiology specialist at Memorial Goztepe Hospital in Istanbul (2025–present). Dr. Mehmet Altug Tuncer is a Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (2025–present). He has been Head of Cardiovascular Surgery at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine since 2018. He has served as an Instructor at Kartal Koşuyolu since 2013. He directed the Aortic Surgery Center there from 2016 to 2018.

He became Professor in 2018 at Istanbul Okan University. He was appointed Associate Professor in 2013. He earned his MD at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa. He completed cardiovascular surgery training at Koşuyolu. His work includes 38 SCI/SCI-E papers, 19 national articles, and one book.

He is Chairman of the Aortic Surgery Working Group of the Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery. He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association. He also belongs to the Society of Minimally Invasive and Robotic Cardiovascular Surgery. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases.

Dr. Murat Topdag is an otorhinolaryngology (ENT) specialist in Istanbul. He works at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (2025–present). He previously worked at Acibadem Altunizade Hospital (2017–2025). He also worked at Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine (2012–2017).

He completed advanced training in endoscopic endonasal skull base and pituitary surgery at the University of Pittsburgh in 2014. He trained in otologic and otoneurosurgical microsurgery at Institut Georges Portmann in 2006. He also trained in facial plastic surgery through EAFPS in 2007.

Prof. Dr. Aytaç ATAMER was born on January 31, 1964 in Adapazarı. He started his medical education at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1987.
