Dr. Ertuğrul Ercan is a Professor of Cardiology. He completed his training at Ege University and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. His main areas of expertise are interventional cardiology, atherosclerosis, valve diseases, and coronary artery disease. He also focuses on inflammation and coagulation, cardiovascular immunology, and stem cell therapy.

Dr. Ercan has held key academic and administrative positions. He served as Head of Cardiology and Dean at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. He was also the Medical Director at İzmir Medical Point Hospital. He gained international experience at the Cleveland Clinic and in Melbourne, Australia.

He holds the European Cardiologist Diploma and is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology. Dr. Ercan is also a member of several national and international cardiology associations and working groups.

Dr. Mustafa Dogdus is a cardiologist who graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine. He has broad experience in treating complex heart conditions. His expertise includes arrhythmias, atrial septal defect (ASD), atrial fibrillation, AVRT, AVNRT, bradycardia, heart failure, coronary artery disease, and structural heart diseases.

He is skilled in advanced interventional procedures. These include ASD, PDA, and VSD closure, EPS-ablation, ICD-CRT-D implantation, and percutaneous coronary and peripheral interventions. Dr. Dogdus worked at Karaman State Hospital and Uşak University Training and Research Hospital cardiology clinics from 2017 to 2022.

Dr. Humayun Kakar is a cardiologist. He earned his medical degree from Eskişehir Osmangazi University between 2007 and 2014. He completed his cardiology residency at İzmir Dokuz Eylül University from 2015 to 2020. In 2024, he received advanced training in heart failure at the University of Zurich in Switzerland.

Dr. Omer Burcak Binicier is a gastroenterology specialist with strong medical training. He earned his medical degree at Ege University. Dr. Shaunak Valame is an MD in Internal Medicine and holds a DNB in Medical Oncology. He received advanced training at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in New Delhi. He also worked as a Registrar at Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital in Bhopal. Dr. Valame has presented his research at international forums, including the Gastrointestinal Cancer Symposium in San Francisco.

Today, Professor Rifaat Safadi is an outstanding specialist in the field of liver disease treatment, a member of the committee for the development of the somatic cell transplant center and the head of the liver disease unit at Hadassah Medical Center. The professor is a member of several international associations for the study of the liver and is the author of numerous articles in his specialty. Professor Safadi is a member of the editorial board of the scientific medical journal Clinical Science.

Rifaat Safadi is a laureate of many scientific awards. In particular, he has been repeatedly awarded the Hadassah Prize for studying the process of immune modulation of liver fibrosis using mRNA. For achievements in the same field, the professor received the Sharon Donsky and the Israeli Association of Gastroenterology and Hepatology awards.

Dr. Krishna Iyer is one of India's front ranking paediatric cardiac surgeons, recognised for his clinical expertise and wide ranging involvement with cardiac care for children in India and other developing nations, Dr. Iyer initiated the first dedicated paediatric cardiac care program in Northern India , a pioneering initiative, at Escorts Heart Institute Research Centre( now Fortis-Escorts Heart Institute ) in 1995. Under his guidance this paediatric cardiac program has become the benchmark for cardiac care for children for India and its South East Asian neighbours. Dr. Iyer has operated on more than 10,000 babies, children and adults with congenital heart diseases comprising various procedures like arterial switch procedure, double switch operation TAPVC repairs, Fontan and Fontan type procedures, corrections for tetralogy of Fallot, DORV, Truncus etc. Senning operation, conduit repairs and wide range of one stage and multi-stage corrections for complex congenital heart diseases. He has done original work on rapid two-stage arterial switch procedure and performed the first successful rapid two stage arterial switch and double-switch operation in India. His current interests are perfecting complex neonatal cardiac surgery, cardiac surgery in malnourished infants and children, salvaging late presenters of congenital heart disease, and developing cost effective cardiac care for children in developing countries. After basic training, he joined the Department of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at AIIMS and was Additional Professor at the time he moved to Escorts Heart Institute to set up its paediatric cardiac care division. He trained in paediatric and infant cardiac surgery under the guidance of the renowned paediatric cardiac surgeon Dr. R.B.B.Mee as Senior Fellow at the Department of Paediatric Cardiac Surgery at Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne in Australia in 1989. He is involved in many charities for underprivileged children, most notably the 'Gift of Life' program of Rotary International.

Dr. Fernando Villagrá is a respected cardiovascular surgeon who specializes in pediatric cardiac surgery. He completed his medical degree at the Complutense University of Madrid. He later earned his specialization in Cardiovascular Surgery at the Autonomous University of Madrid. His doctoral thesis received the distinction of “Outstanding Cum Laude.”

Dr. Villagrá has more than 40 years of experience. He has led pediatric cardiac surgery departments at top hospitals in Spain, including Hospital Universitario La Paz and Montepríncipe University Hospital. He has performed thousands of complex surgeries. He has also contributed to over 100 scientific publications in both international and national journals.

He is a member of the Spanish Society of Cardiology. He also serves on the editorial boards of leading medical journals. This reflects his dedication to advancing cardiovascular medicine.

Prof. M.D. Yusuf Serdar Sakin was born in Nevşehir in 1978. After completing his primary and secondary education in Ankara, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Gülhane Military Medical Academy in 2002.
Following his graduation, he served in Gole/Ardahan for two years. He started his internal medicine training at the Department of Internal Medicine, Gülhane Faculty of Medicine.
After completing his training, he worked as an internal medicine specialist in Ankara. A year later, he began additional training in the Department of Gastroenterology at Gülhane Faculty of Medicine and completed his training in 2014.
After graduation, Yusuf Serdar Sakin continued to work in the same department. He also received advanced endoscopy and Motility training at AMC Center in the Netherlands in 2017.
After obtaining the title of Associate Professor in 2017, he became a Professor in 2023.

Born in Ankara in 1980, he received his primary and secondary education in Artvin, his hometown. He graduated from Inebolu High School in 1997 and started studying at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine the same year. He received his Medical Doctor degree in 2003 and ranked high in the medical specialization exam the same year.

He started his cardiology specialization education in the Department of Cardiology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and became a cardiology specialist in 2008.

He served as an interventional cardiologist in Rize Education and Research Hospital during his mandatory service.

He worked in the field of electrophysiology with Prof. Dr. Remzi Karaoğuz at Ankara Güven Hospital. He became an Associate Professor in January 2014 and a Professor in 2023.

Throughout his academic career, he has published many scientific publications that have been published nationally and internationally and have received high citations. He provides patent and consultancy services for medical engineering in addition to clinical medical education and treatment services. Kürşat Fidancı is a medical doctor who graduated from GATA Faculty of Medicine in 1999. Between 2000 and 2002, he served as the Chief Physician of the Şırnak Çakırsöğüt Commando Brigade. He completed his residency in Pediatrics from 2002 to 2006 at Istanbul GATA Haydarpaşa Training and Research Hospital. He worked as a Pediatrician at Ankara Beytepe Military Hospital between 2006 and 2009. He completed his subspecialty training in Paediatric Cardiology at GATA Faculty of Medicine Pediatric Cardiology Department from 2010 to 2013. He became an Assistant Professor in 2014 and obtained the title of Associate Professor in April 2016. He worked as a faculty member in the Department of Pediatric Cardiology at GATA Faculty of Medicine between September 2014 and December 2021.
