2 daily Yoga Sessions (60 min each, including meditation breathworks, morning and afternoon) at Prana Yoga Sala or Ananda Yoga Room with one of our expert teachers, offering various Yoga styles (Kundalini, Hatha and Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Stretch, Dynamic Hatha, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga according to schedule)

Choose from four types of villas at the Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort, ranging from the basic Superior Garden Villas to the luxurious Superior Jacuzzi Villas. Each villa offers spacious accommodations amidst lush tropical gardens, featuring al-fresco bathrooms with garden rain-showers and comfortable seating areas. Designed by John Underwood, the rooms boast warm tones, rich colors, and heavy wooden furniture, creating a timeless ambiance.
The villas are naturally cool, well-insulated, and ventilated, ensuring a comfortable stay even without air-conditioning. Mattresses are of first-grade quality for a restful sleep. The resort's natural gardens attract local wildlife and incorporate environmentally friendly pest control systems.

Salt-water treated swimming pool: the large free-form swimming pool is salt-water treated and the heart of the property. It is open 24 hours a day with water temperatures around 30 degrees. There is generous space for everybody and even with the resort fully booked, the pool area will not feel crowded
