Bucheli Concept Филлер инъекциялары

Bucheli Concept is a private aesthetic medicine clinic in Rio de Janeiro. Founded by Dr. Carlos Bucheli, the center represents over 20 years of experience in facial aesthetics. The facility operates with four specialized departments. These units focus on facial plastic surgery, dermatology, and functional physiotherapy.

Facial Aesthetics and Harmonization

The clinic specializes in Deep Plane Facelift techniques. This procedure repositions and fixes the muscle-aponeurotic system under general anesthesia. Surgeons also perform endoscopic brow and forehead lifts to address aging signs. These methods work with deep tissue layers, so results last longer.

Specialists offer several procedures to enhance eye and facial proportions:

• Fox Eyes surgery – uses cantopexy and lateral eyebrow suspension for an almond-shaped look.
• Blepharoplasty – removes excess skin and fat from upper and lower eyelids.
• Mentoplasty – includes both chin implant and chin reduction techniques.
• Lipofilling – uses the patient's own fat for volume restoration and facial grafting.

Non-surgical options include facial harmonization with hyaluronic acid fillers of various densities. Physicians choose fillers based on the treatment area and desired volume. The clinic also offers Lip Lift procedures to refine lip shape and balance.

Otorhinolaryngology and Functional Rhinoplasty

Medical care combines cosmetic goals with functional nasal health. Dr. Carlos Bucheli draws on his ENT surgery background to treat internal nasal deformities. The team corrects deviated septums and airway narrowing through septorrhinoplasty. This unblocks nasal passages while improving the nose's external appearance.

Post-operative healing for functional nasal surgery follows a predictable timeline. Patients typically reach 40% healing within six weeks. Full recovery hits 60% after six months of proper care. Otoplasty is also available to reshape ears through discreet incisions behind the ear.

Specialized Medical Team

Dr. Carlos Bucheli leads the clinic. He is a Head and Neck surgery specialist with two decades of experience. Dr. Camila Vasconcelos, a dermatologist, rounds out the team. Dr. Natália Baracca provides aesthetic functional physiotherapy to support patient recovery.

Services for International Patients

International patients can start their treatment journey via online consultations. This allows direct communication with the medical team from any location. If surgery is planned, patients complete lab work and exams in their home city. This cuts the time needed on-site before the procedure.

Patients typically arrive in Rio de Janeiro one day before surgery. This visit covers final consent forms and standardized medical photography. The clinic provides support in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Follow-up care includes structured guidance for successful long-term outcomes.
