Elite Smiles by Dr. Alejandro Torres is a private dental clinic in Bogotá, Colombia. Established in 2024, it uses a digital dentistry workflow to connect diagnosis with final restorations.

The practice has over 220 Google reviews. Many international visitors choose this clinic, traveling from the United States and Canada. The team works across five specialized departments.

Dental Specialties and Procedures

The clinic focuses on restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Specialists use digital tools to plan every procedure. The medical team includes doctors trained at Pontifical Javeriana University. Dr. Alejandro Torres leads the practice with around 8 years of experience.

Dental Implants and Oral Rehabilitation

Elite Smiles provides robotic dental implants and full oral rehabilitation. The team has completed over 1,000 successful rehabilitation cases. A 72-hour diagnostic window allows immediate loading options. This means patients can receive new teeth shortly after surgery.

The clinic performs several advanced restorative techniques:

• All-on-6 implants for full smile function
• Immediate replacement of old crowns on natural teeth
• Fixed prostheses supported by dental implants
• Bone grafting based on specific diagnostic needs

Oral rehabilitation aims to save teeth and restore function. Most complex cases require only two appointments.

Digital Smile Design

Smile Design follows a fully digital workflow. The process includes high-resolution photography and oral scanning. Software designs the specific shape and size of each tooth. Restorations include ceramic or resin veneers. Patients can also choose minimal-prep or no-prep veneers.

Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment)

Dr. Andrea Herrera leads the endodontics department with over 10 years of experience. The clinic has saved more than 5,000 teeth through successful treatments. Root canal procedures are almost always finished in one appointment. Specialists also perform apical surgeries when standard treatments aren't possible.

Technology and Materials

The clinic uses advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment. Digital scanning replaces traditional dental molds, so aesthetic outcomes are more precise. Laser dentistry reduces noise during several procedures. Some laser treatments can be done without anesthesia.

Available technologies and materials include:

• Cerec Omnicam for digital scanning and diagnostic models
• Zirconia IVOCLAR for durable, color-stable crowns
• E-MAX CAD lithium disilicate restorations
• Photobiomodulation laser therapy
• Panoramic and periapical X-ray imaging

The clinic runs an in-house digital laboratory. This allows the team to deliver ceramic designs quickly. Digital Zirconia crowns are preferred for their durability over metal-ceramic options.

Services for International Patients

Elite Smiles supports patients traveling from abroad. Virtual evaluations are available for initial consultations, so international patients can plan treatment before arrival. The clinic coordinates scheduling and arrival logistics. Support includes airport pickups and help with local accommodation. Payment options include credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
