Massiel Guzmán Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Үш аймақтың липосакциясы

Massiel Guzmán Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is a single-specialty clinic in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The practice operates from one primary building in the Naco neighborhood. It focuses on personalized aesthetic and reconstructive procedures for both men and women.

Accreditations and Professional Background

The clinic is led by Dr. Massiel Guzmán, a board-certified plastic surgeon. She holds an ASPS accreditation, reflecting her alignment with international surgical standards. Dr. Guzmán is also a member of the Dominican Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SODOCIPRE) and the Ibero-Latin American Federation of Plastic Surgery (FILACP).

The practice has over 10 years of clinical experience. The medical team has treated more than 1,000 patients. Dr. Guzmán completed her medical degree at Ibero-American University. She then trained at Santa Casa da Misericórdia Hospital in Brazil.

Body Contouring and Reconstructive Specialties

The clinic offers both surgical and non-surgical body enhancement options. Surgeons perform several types of abdominoplasty to address excess skin and muscle laxity. These include traditional tummy tucks, mini procedures, and alternative partial methods. Before surgery, the team reviews each patient's health conditions and lifestyle.

Breast surgery is a major focus. Dr. Guzmán uses the internal bra technique for mastopexy, which provides support without implants. The clinic also performs breast reduction, explantation, and reconstruction. For reconstructive cases, the team often combines liposuction with J-Plasma technology to improve skin tightening.

The clinic offers a variety of additional surgical procedures:

• Liposculpture including fat transfer to the hips and buttocks
• Brachioplasty (arm lift) to remove excess skin from the armpit to the elbow
• Panniculectomy for removal of hanging abdominal skin
• Gynecomastia surgery for male breast reduction
• Rhinoplasty using open or closed surgical approaches
• Endoscopic facelifts and full body lifts

Non-surgical options are available for patients seeking minimally invasive changes. These include Botox and other injectables designed for natural-looking results.

Technology and Personalized Care

The clinic uses J-Plasma for advanced tissue contraction during body contouring. This technology helps refine results in early recovery stages. The practice also integrates ultrasound into post-operative care to support healing.

Every patient receives a personalized recovery program based on their surgery type. This program emphasizes skin health through specialized equipment and product recommendations. The clinic also provides skin evaluations to monitor healing at surgical sites.

Services for International Patients

The practice supports cross-border care for patients traveling to the Dominican Republic. Consultations are available both in-person and virtually, so international patients can plan treatment before arrival. The clinic maintains ongoing follow-up for all patients during their stay in Santo Domingo.
