Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery

The clinic specializes in Scarless Sleeve Gastrectomy. This technique uses a single incision in the navel, allowing the surgical mark to stay hidden within the natural indentation of the belly button. Prof. Dr. Burhan Mayir also performs Bikini Line Sleeve Gastrectomy, where incisions are placed below the underwear line for aesthetic concealment. Standard sleeve gastrectomy is also available.

Metabolic solutions for weight loss and Type 2 diabetes control include:

• Roux-en-Y (RNY) gastric bypass
• Mini-gastric bypass
• Transit bipartition (metabolic surgery)
• Gastric sleeve and gastric bypass revision surgery
• Endoscopic gastric balloon insertion

Procedures such as the gastric bypass aim for sustainable weight loss of 60–80% and can lead to improvements in conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and sleep apnea.

Specialized General Surgery

Prof. Dr. Burhan Mayir provides surgical treatment for digestive system cancers and chronic conditions. The clinic manages malignant diseases of the breast, stomach, colon, and pancreas. General surgical services include laparoscopic gallbladder removal, hernia repair, and thyroid surgery. The center also treats anorectal diseases such as hemorrhoids and anal fissures using laser technology, as well as chronic non-healing wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers.

Services for International Patients

The clinic serves adult patients from Europe, the US, Canada, the Middle East, and Africa. All-inclusive treatment packages are provided, which include pre-operative examinations, surgery fees, and medications. Support services include airport-hospital-hotel transfers, hospital stays with an included companion, and individualized diet plans.
