Dr. Kim Joo Young is an orthopedic surgeon at Samsung Balance Clinic in Seoul. He formerly directed the orthopedic surgery department for the Iraq Peacekeeping Division (Zaytun Unit). The doctor held roles at several medical centers across South Korea.
Specialization and Approach
Kim treats joint and ligament conditions. He restores mobility after injuries or degenerative changes. He uses regenerative techniques such as stem cell therapy for knees. This method helps repair cartilage – the connective tissue that cushions joints – without invasive surgery.
