Dr. Patthama Likitwittaya is a physiatrist who specializes in neurological and physical rehabilitation. She is a Diplomate of the Thai Board of Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Likitwittaya also conducts research on gait disorders in Parkinson’s disease. She currently practices at PYONG Rehabilitation Group in Bangkok.

Specialization and Medical Approach

Dr. Likitwittaya treats complex neurological and musculoskeletal conditions through targeted recovery programs. She performs stroke rehabilitation and spinal cord injury recovery using evidence-based methods. Research and Presentations

Dr. Likitwittaya is a principal investigator for clinical studies in neurorehabilitation. She led the study titled “Effect of vibrotactile stimulation on gait in Parkinson’s disease and parkinsonism.” She presented her findings to the Royal College of Physiatrists of Thailand in 2025. This research explores how external stimuli help Parkinson's patients improve their walking patterns.
