Sheba Pediatric CAR-T Program for Leukemia (ALL & CLL)

At Sheba Medical Center, children and young patients with leukemia have access to one of the most advanced and trusted CAR-T therapy programs in the world. The program specializes in treating acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) including relapsed or treatment-resistant cases using highly personalized immunotherapy.

A Personalized Treatment Designed for Each Patient

CAR-T therapy uses the patient’s own immune system to recognize and destroy leukemia cells. This approach is especially important for patients who have not responded to standard treatments.

At Sheba, the entire process is performed on-site, ensuring speed and optimal quality:

Apheresis – collection of immune (T) cells
Cell Engineering – genetic modification at Sheba’s Advanced Biotherapy Center
