I purchased a 4-session laser treatment package from the clinic. Since they claimed to be a medical clinic, I thought I could trust them, so I started the laser sessions. Initially, they were very attentive until they sold me the package, but I think the price was very high. The person performing the laser session, whose name was Elay, without asking me, directly used a dry razor on the few remaining hairs, irritating my skin. Not only that, but before I could understand what was happening, they immediately started the laser treatment, and when I left, I had a serious burn. I developed dermatitis for two days and had to start topical treatment. When I mentioned this at the clinic, they just apologized and brushed it off. What I don't understand is that they act as if they're providing the service reluctantly, considering the fee I paid per session. The person named Nurgül offered my friend a discount or a package change, but refused me. Then, when I mentioned the treatment I gave my friend, she said, "Oh, okay then." To put it simply, the level of professionalism is a huge zero. You trust them because they're a clinic, but you leave with dermatitis and burns, and all you get is a simple apology. I think many people have experienced this before, as they weren't surprised when I explained the situation. Furthermore, they charge exorbitant prices for their treatments. You're not the only laser center in Ankara, and you charge exorbitant prices for your services while causing people distress. It's truly shameful. From the outside, you might think it's a good place, but I absolutely do not recommend it. All the positive reviews are about Dr. Ercan, and definitely not related to the clinic.
NOTE: I'm writing this in response to my comment. I already informed your clinic staff about the situation, and I didn't call your clinic a beauty center. If notes had been taken during the sessions, I wouldn't have been surprised when I mentioned it, or worse, you see this in the notes but don't perform any procedures. Instead of contacting my friends to ask me to delete the review, I would have expected you to call and try to understand the situation. Given your unprofessional behavior, I suggest you reflect on your own approach to customer communication and interaction. I haven't written anything that isn't true; I've written what is true, and you know that very well. If you're reading your notes, I suggest you reread them or question the honesty of your note-taking team.
