The surgical team completed residency at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and Hospital Ipiranga. Plastic surgery specialization took place at the Sobrapar Hospital Craniofacial Institute. In 2025, the clinic performed over 250 surgical procedures.
Specialties in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery
The clinic treats conditions from facial aging to congenital differences. Specialists address drooping eyelids, deep wrinkles, and breast asymmetry. Reconstructive services cover burn injuries and mastectomy recovery. The surgical team also treats cleft lip and palate.
Breast Procedures
Surgeons perform mammoplasty techniques tailored to patient anatomy. Options include breast augmentation with silicone implants, saline implants, or fat grafting.
Breast reduction removes excess tissue for patients with physical discomfort. Mastopexy corrects sagging caused by pregnancy, breastfeeding, or aging. This procedure reshapes the breast without necessarily adding volume. Some implant patients qualify for same-day discharge within 4 hours.
Body Contouring
Body procedures focus on balanced contours and natural proportions. The clinic performs liposculpture and liposuction to remove localized fat. Surgeons use fat transfer to enhance curves where appropriate.
Combined procedures include lipoabdominoplasty – a tummy tuck with liposuction. Mommy makeovers and gluteal implants are also available.
Advanced Surgical Technologies
Instituto Farinas uses Argoplasma technology for skin tightening. This system applies argon plasma to treat skin laxity during or after surgery. The energy causes immediate skin retraction and stimulates collagen production over time.
It works well for mild to moderate laxity on the abdomen, arms, thighs, glutes, and neck. The clinic also uses Vaser liposuction for precise fat removal and muscle definition.
Specialized Recovery Support
A dedicated patient experience model guides international patients through all phases of care. The clinic provides a supervised journey from first consultation to final revisions.
Specialized physiotherapy is central to recovery. It focuses on surgical scar tissue reorganization rather than general rehabilitation. Respiratory physiotherapy improves tissue oxygenation and helps prevent complications. The medical team conducts frequent revisions to monitor healing and mobility.
