Prof. Dr. Önder SÜRGİT is a General Surgeon in the General Surgery Clinic. Working hours: 09:00–18:00. Core practice areas include laparoscopic surgery, cancer surgery, and bariatric surgery.
Graduated from Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine in 1995. Academic title: Professor. Served as Instructor Surgeon at ITEM (Advanced Medical Technologies Training Center). Held faculty roles at Turgut Özal University and Atılım University, Faculties of Medicine. Also worked at Ankara Medicana Hospital and Optimed Health Group. Foreign language: English.
Dr. Ahmet KIRKINCI is a specialist physician (operator doctor) in obstetrics and gynecology. He provides prenatal care and delivery. He performs laparoscopic surgery, hysteroscopy and hysterectomy, and incontinence surgery. He also manages IUI, PCOS, and menopausal hormone therapy. He offers colposcopy and HPV care.
He graduated from Erzurum Atatürk University in 2015. He worked at Erzurum No. 12 Family Health Center from 2015 to 2019. He served at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University from 2019 to 2023. He then joined Bayburt State Hospital from 2023 to 2025. He moved to Optimed International Çorlu Hospital in 2025. He is proficient in English.
He has co‑authored studies on hysterectomy outcomes. He has also researched first‑trimester SARS‑CoV‑2 and miscarriage, biomarkers in oligohydramnios, and prediction of ectopic pregnancy treatment. His work includes the effects of single OGTT values and host genetics in pregnant patients with COVID‑19. These papers appeared in the Taiwan Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Anais da Academia Brasileira de Ciências, and the Journal of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has also posted preprints on SSRN and ResearchGate.
Op. Dr. Kevser Arkan, MD, is a gynecologic oncology surgery subspecialist (OB/GYN) at OPTIMED Health Group in Çorlu and Çerkezköy. She has worked there since 2026. She provides care in English and Turkish.
Her clinical focus is the surgical management of ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancers. She performs complex pelvic procedures, including radical hysterectomy, lymphadenectomy with sentinel lymph node mapping, and tumor debulking. She offers minimally invasive surgery, including vNOTES (scarless/izsiz laparoskopi), laparoscopy, laparotomy, and hysteroscopy. She also performs urogynecologic reconstruction, including sacrocolpopexy. She manages high‑risk obstetrics.

She also reported on pelvic organ prolapse and sexual function, GTN folate regimens, and vNOTES‑assisted sacrocolpopexy. Her articles appeared in journals such as BMC Surgery, Scientific Reports, Journal of Clinical Medicine, and Ginekologia Polska.
Uzm. Dr. Erkan Göcen is a Radiation Oncology Specialist at Çerkezköy Private Optimed Hospital (Optimed Health Group). He graduated from İstanbul University, İstanbul Faculty of Medicine (Çapa) in 2003.
Career: He trained and practiced in Radiation Oncology from 2010 to 2012. He worked in public and private health institutions from 2012 to 2016. He served in the private medical sector as a Radiation Oncology Specialist from 2016 to 2023. He has been at Optimed Hospital since 2024.
Clinical interests: cancers of the brain, head and neck, esophagus, stomach, colorectal, pancreas, prostate, bladder, lung, soft tissues (sarcomas), skin, uterus and cervix, and breast.
