Dr. Xu Juntang, MD, is a Postdoctoral Fellow, Chief Physician, and Master’s Supervisor. He is the Director of Cardiovascular Medicine at Xiamen Humanity Hospital. His work focuses on preventing and treating cardiovascular and thrombotic diseases, including coronary artery disease, hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, and emergencies. He is skilled in cardiovascular biomarker testing.
He provides standardized care for thromboembolism related to valvular heart disease and non‑valvular atrial fibrillation, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, and obstetric thrombophilia. He also conducts clinical and laboratory assessments of thrombosis and coagulation disorders. He is the Vice Chairman of the Laboratory and Clinical Branch of the Chinese Society of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesiology.
