Dr. Irina Stepfansky is an oncologist and internal medicine specialist at Sourasky Medical Center. She has more than 25 years of clinical experience. Since 2015, she has directed the Oncology Hospitalization department. Dr. Stepfansky earned her medical degree from Grodno University in Belarus. She completed advanced oncology training at Tel Aviv Medical Center.

Dr. Stepfansky has been licensed in Israel since 2000. She has led and participated in many phase I-III oncology clinical trials. Her work has helped improve cancer care and patient outcomes. She is recognized for her expertise in both internal medicine and oncology. Dr. Stepfansky has a strong record in research and clinical leadership.

Dr. Ari Derowe is a Pediatric Otolaryngologist with 32 years of clinical experience. He leads the Pediatric Otolaryngology Unit at Ichilov Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv. Dr. Derowe earned his medical degree and completed his specialization in Otorhinolaryngology at Sackler University. He also trained at Kaplan and Meir Hospitals.

Dr. Derowe teaches at Stanford School of Medicine. He is known for his work in pediatric ENT surgery. He is a member of the Israel Medical Association, the Israeli and American Societies of Otolaryngology, and the American Bronchoesophageal Association. Dr. Erwin Santo is an Israeli top rated gastroenterologist, an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric and liver diseases. Dr. Mosek Amnon is a neurologist who specializes in drug-resistant headaches and facial pain. He uses advanced treatments such as vagus nerve stimulation and plasmapheresis to help patients with complex neurological conditions.
