Dr. Victor Alexander Krol is a highly qualified specialist, heading the departments of gastroenterology and internal medicine. Dr. Tireli performs more than 100 neonatal cardiac surgeries each year. His expertise includes arterial switch operations, total pulmonary return anomalies, pulmonary banding, and Norwood procedures. He has used hybrid techniques in 15 cases. Dr. Tireli has also completed 30 reconstructions of aortic anomalies and many PDA ligations in extremely low birth weight infants. Dr. Adil Turan is a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology. He completed medical school at Trakya University (1996–2003). He finished his residency at İzmir Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital (2004–2009). In 2020, he conducted trauma research at Denver Health Hospital in Denver, USA.

He worked at Kızıltepe State Hospital (2009–2010). He then served as an Orthopedic Specialist at Antalya Training and Research Hospital (2010–2013) and Ordu State Hospital (2013–2015). His work also covers targeted therapies, immunotherapy, geriatric oncology, and cancer-related malnutrition, cachexia, and sarcopenia.

Dr. Lee Kyung Hoon is an orthopedic specialist and department head. He treats degenerative arthritis and knee and hip disorders. He performs knee arthroscopy and arthroplasty. He also treats foot and ankle conditions, shoulder problems such as frozen shoulder and rotator cuff tears, osteoporosis, and fractures and other extremity injuries.

He earned his MD from The Catholic University of Korea. He completed his orthopedic residency at The Catholic Medical Center. He finished a fellowship and served as a clinical instructor at Bucheon St. Mary’s Hospital.

Professor Shixin Liu, MD, PhD, is the Discipline Leader of the Oncology Center. He is the former President of Jilin Provincial Cancer Hospital and former Director of the Cancer Prevention and Treatment Research Institute. He is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor. He has received the State Council Special Government Allowance, the 4th National Famous Doctor (Outstanding Contribution) award, and the Model of Medical Ethics honor.

He specializes in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. His focus is precision radiotherapy for thoracic and abdominal cancers. He is skilled in IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT for lung, esophageal, breast, and rectal cancers.

His leadership roles include Vice Chair of CMA Radiation Oncology, CACA Radiotherapy, and CACA Particle Therapy. He serves on the CSCO Standing Committee and as Vice Chair of the CSCO Radiation Oncology Expert Committee. He is Vice Chair of CPAM Radiation Oncology and a Standing Committee member of CSMEA. He chairs the Jilin Medical Association Radiation Oncology branch. He is on the editorial boards of the Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology and the Practical Journal of Cancer.
