Prof. Amos Toren, MD, PhD, MHA, is a pediatric hemato-oncologist and BMT specialist. He served as Director of Pediatric Hemato-Oncology and BMT at Sheba Medical Center.

He is board certified in Pediatrics, Pediatric Hemato-Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplantation. He holds a PhD in Human Genetics. He was Head of the Hematology Division at Tel Aviv University for two terms. He is a member of ASH, COG, ESPHI, EBMT, and CIBMTR. He also serves on the Ministry of Health Cord Blood Committee.

He led one of Israel’s most advanced pediatric oncology and BMT programs. The program treated children and young adults. His focus includes leukemia and lymphoma, immunodeficiencies, and rare cancers. He specializes in BMT and CAR T-cell therapy.

His translational research covers CAR T cells, cytokine-induced killer cells, pediatric brain tumors, and targeted therapies. He has worked with St. Anna, the NIH, and St. Jude. His publications include studies on pediatric SCT prophylaxis and PARP resistance.

Dr. Dogan Gucluhan Guclu is a neurosurgeon at VM Medical Park Florya in Istanbul. He has performed advanced brain and spine surgeries since 2003. Dr. Guclu treats both adult and pediatric patients for complex neurological conditions. He practices at a JCI-accredited university hospital with Center of Excellence status.

He earned his M.D. from the Hebrew University–Hadassah and an M.Sc. in hematopoiesis from Tel Aviv University. He completed postdoctoral training at Stanford. He has more than 35 years of experience. He pioneered reduced‑intensity allogeneic transplant protocols for malignant and non‑malignant diseases. He founded Israel’s first public cord blood bank. He performed the country’s first cord blood transplants.

Prof. Dr. Çağatay Öztürk is a specialist in orthopaedics and traumatology. He qualified as a specialist in 2004. He is Head of the Department at Istinye University. He founded and directs the Liv Spine Center, which is certified as a Center of Excellence by the AOSpine Society. He graduated from the Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and became a professor in 2017.

He continues clinical and academic work at Liv Hospital Ulus, Liv Hospital Vadi Istanbul, Liv Hospital Bahçeşehir, and Liv Bona Dea Hospital Baku. He also performs surgeries in Iraq, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, North Macedonia, Morocco, Montenegro, Albania, and Mongolia.
