Born in 1978 in Istanbul, Prof. Dr. Ramazan Gökhan ATIŞ completed his medical degree at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Medicine in 2002. He pursued his urology specialization at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital and became a certified urologist in February 2008. Following his military service at Edremit Military Hospital, he began working at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2009.

In 2011, he received training in laparoscopic and robotic urology at Heidelberg University’s Heilbronn Clinic. Between 2009 and 2014, he conducted numerous scientific studies, especially in the field of endourology, earning the title of Associate Professor in 2014.

Since 2017, he has served on the board of the Endourology Society. In 2018, he was selected to the European Association of Urology’s Young Academic Urologists (EAU-YAU) Endourology Working Group, actively serving for two years. In January 2021, he was appointed as a Professor at Istanbul Medeniyet University. Since August 1, 2022, he has continued his clinical practice, initially at Şişli Memorial Hospital and currently at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital.

Dr. Nir Kleinmann, MD, directs the Endourology and Kidney Stones Unit at Sheba Medical Center. He is an expert in minimally invasive urology and urologic oncology. His focus is the kidney and upper urinary tract. He was named among Israel’s Best Doctors for 2025–2026 by Forbes and ResultMed.

He is a pioneer of kidney‑sparing laser surgery. He uses a dual‑laser system with neodymium and holmium for complex tumors. His expertise includes UTUC, kidney and prostate cancer, kidney stones, and BPH.

His research includes the OLYMPUS trial on chemoablation for UTUC. He has more than 60 publications.

He is an Israeli board‑certified urologist. He is a Fellow of the American Endourology Society and a member of the Israeli Urological Association and the EAU. Dr. Dorit Zilberman, MD, is a Senior Urologist at Sheba Medical Center. She is a pioneer of robotic and minimally invasive urologic surgery in Israel with over 20 years of experience. Her work focuses on urologic oncology, robotic and laparoscopic surgery, and endourology. She helped launch the da Vinci robotic surgery program at Sheba. Her expertise includes kidney, bladder, and prostate cancers, as well as laser lithotripsy for stones.

She completed advanced training in robotic laparoscopic surgery and endourology at Duke University Medical Center. She is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at Tel Aviv University. She has authored more than 160 scientific publications. She has received awards from the Israeli and American Urological Associations. She was listed in Forbes Israel Best Doctors in 2024. She is a member of the Israeli, American, and European Urological Associations and the Endourological Society.

Professor Jair Bar, MD, PhD, is a thoracic oncologist and Deputy Director of the Cancer Center at Sheba Medical Center. He leads the Thoracic Oncology Unit. He treats lung cancer, including advanced non-small cell cases. His care includes medical oncology, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.

He runs a translational research lab focused on resistance to immunotherapy. He has published on exhaled-breath cancer metabolism and on angiogenesis inhibition in lung cancer.

He has chaired the Israel Lung Cancer Group since 2003. He is a member of the Israel Society of Clinical Oncology and Radiotherapy, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Association for Cancer Research. He is board-certified in Medical Oncology and Radiotherapy Oncology. He is a Senior Lecturer at Tel Aviv University.

Prof. Gil Raviv, MD, PhD, is Director of the Andrology Unit at Sheba Medical Center. He was listed among the Best Doctors in Israel by Forbes in 2024. He is a leading expert in male fertility, sexual medicine, and reconstructive urology.

His primary focus is male infertility and fertility preservation. He performs advanced semen analysis according to WHO standards. Professor Raanan Berger, MD PhD, is a medical oncologist and radiotherapist. He is Director of the Cancer Center at Sheba Medical Center and heads its clinical research unit. He was listed in Forbes Israel’s “Best Doctors” (2025). He leads the genitourinary oncology program with a focus on prostate cancer. His care includes systemic therapy and radiotherapy in a multidisciplinary, patient-centered model.

He is board-certified in oncology. He earned his MD and PhD at Tel Aviv University and completed his clinical training at Sheba. He previously served as Associate Professor and Education Coordinator at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital (2023–2025). He was also a Medical Oncologist there (2018–2021).

He has been a member of ASCO and the Turkish Society of Medical Oncology since 2018. He is the author or co-author of 19 peer-reviewed international papers on colon, breast, gastric, pancreatic, lung, thyroid, sarcoma, and colorectal cancers.

Notable works include a multicentre study on stage IIB colon cancer survival (Journal of Chemotherapy). He also studied the De Ritis ratio for lung metastasis in testicular cancer (Current Urology). His prognostic studies used PET/CT, MSI, lymph node ratio, and metabolic tumor volume.

Dr. Gazel is a pioneer in laser prostate surgery. He performs advanced HoLEP and ThuFLEP procedures, which set new standards for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). He is also an expert in stone disease. Dr. Gazel uses modern endourology methods to treat complex urinary tract stones without open surgery.

He completed his medical training at Hacettepe University and specialized at Turkey High Specialization Hospital. Dr. Gazel has worked at leading hospitals, including Acıbadem Ankara. He is an active member of the Turkish Urology Association and the Endourology Society. His career reflects a strong commitment to excellence and innovation in urology.
