These plans may include a combination of counselling and coaching sessions, specialist therapi groups, support groups, educational resources, and other interventions tailored to promote sustainable recovery.

Our drug and alcohol recovery counsellors, therapists and specialist addiction coaches play a crucial role in providing ongoing support and guidance. Through regular one-on-one sessions, daily group sessions, we help clients navigate the complexities of early recovery, identify triggers, and develop coping strategies to maintain abstinence. Our approach is strength-based, focusing on building on the client’s existing strengths and resilience.
